I had a really bad start to the day today. Nothing to do with the scale, I just always seem to be running late on Mondays and it was just one of those days where everything seems to be going wrong. Hence why I didn't post earlier in the day.
I've had a toothache since I think Wednesday of last week, and that's put a dark cloud around pretty much everything. It hurts less today than it has been, but I'm still going to the dentist on Wednesday. Hopefully it's nothing. Actually it barely hurts at all right now, so I'm fairly certain it's nothing. I think I just hurt it eating really crunchy Kashi cereal.
Ok guys, I'll catch up with y'all later. Keep a look out tomorrow for my June recap! Can you believe it's already almost July 2008? I can't. I might also do a video tonight of what's in my fridge/pantry, if I have time. It's been going around YouTube, and I want in on the fun!

Oh yeah, the push up test! I managed to do 16 last night! I'm so excited! Day 1 Week 3 tomorrow! Woot!
Oh! See I keep remembering stuff. Upping cardio again today, normal warm up and cool down, and then 4 sets of: 1 minute at 3.7, 4 minutes at 4.0.

I don't really want to get rid of Monday so much as I'd like to switch around the weekends and weekdays. There's something about a 2 days working 5 days off schedule (for the same pay!) that appeals to me. ;-)

16! I'm too lazy to look it up, but didn't you start out at 5? You've more than tripled the number of push-ups you can do. Awesome!
I had a crazy Monday too, good job on the push ups!
