Balloons!
Ok, so I have to concede that there is at least one good thing about living on the west side (at least during Balloon Fiesta):
Also, I think I might change my goal to 140.5, which is the weight I need to be to have a healthy BMI. I know some of you think that's copping out, but if I decide that I think that's what's best for me, it's what I'm going to do. I'll keep y'all updated.

You have to do what is best for YOU and nobody else. Look at how far you have come.......now that is something to be VERY proud of.
Keep up the great work Laura
I think 140.5 is a good number, and it's not copping out at all because you've lost 50 lbs.
*looks around*
nope. no one up in herre who thinks youre copping out.

I think it's a great idea to reset your goal. I'm in the middle of a getting healthy journey myself and I set an original goal of losing 61pounds - when your goal is that significant, it's really hard to tell when you'll feel comfortable with your weight. Modifying it now is a good sign that you're paying attention to what works for you and not obsessing about a random #. Plus, you look great :)

Hey everyone, thanks for commenting! I turned off moderation, but please play nice! Remember what your mother taught you, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all!
