So, I also decided to start taking pictures of my food on weekends again, to keep myself mindful of what I'm putting in my mouth when I'm not counting calories. So here is what I had yesterday.
For breakfast, I had a bowl of cereal:

Then we went to Pappadeaux for [early] dinner, where I had a packet of crackers as soon as we sat down because I was starving:

Then they brought bread, so I took the end of one of the loaves and put some butter on it, and then I stayed out of the rest:

For my meal, I had a cup of [delicious] clam chowder with 2 more packets of crackers, and the Cajun Fried Chicken Tenderloins. I didn't finish all of the fries:

We went to church at 6:30 and then back to my parents' house to hang out, and then I went home around 9:15. When I got home, I had some Pirate's Booty (4 oz.):

So that was yesterday, and today I plan on having a similar day. My new plan for the weekends is a bowl of cereal for breakfast, whatever we eat when we go eat out (my parents and I on Saturdays, and Scott and I on Sundays) without going overboard, and then one snack, such as the Pirate's Booty, or something similar. I'll try to choose natural snacks.
Now I'm going to eat breakfast, before I get on the treadmill. Hope you guys have a good rest of your weekend!
