September Recap
Can you believe it's October 1? I can't. Time just flies.
The Good
-I've gotten all A's and B's so far this semester
-I can still fit in a size 8
-I finally saw one of my blogs in the BlogHerAds headlines
-I got to see my sister and brother-in-law
-I took my mind off of emotional eating by cleaning... once
-I went to church
-The new Biggest Loser started (!)
-The new Grey's Anatomy started (!)
-I researched the obesity gene
The Bad
-I gained the pound and a half that I lost last month (my first month with a net gain)
-I only exercised for 10 minutes the whole month
-Scott and I decided to stay on the godforsaken west side
-My template was broken (but I fixed it)
-I had issues and ate my feelings
-I struggled
-I tried to exercise and failed miserably
The Ugly
-No ugly
So that was September. Goals for October: lose 5 pounds, get good grades.
