Week 7: Bring It On

Let's see if I can remember everything I ate yesterday:

1. a bowl of cereal
2. some Wheat Thins with Easy Cheese
3. a 7-pc. lemon pepper wings from Wing Basket with a side of ranch
4. a large fry split with Scott
5. Cheetos cheese crackers
6. a Dr. Pepper

I feel like I ate a lot more than that, but I know that's all I had. I had a granola bar I meant to eat, but I didn't because I forgot about it. So I guess I didn't really do that bad yesterday!

There's a lot of things going on in my life right now - good things. I have a lot of thoughts circling through my mind, but I think I have it all under control, knowing which thoughts need to be addressed when, and I don't feel overwhelmed.

Update on my thoughts about the election: I thought I knew for sure that I was going to vote for Barack Obama. But, recently I realized that I don't really know all that much about him, or John McCain, for that matter (I didn't even know he was a P.O.W.) so I am in the process of going through all of their issues on their websites, and deciding who I agree with more. I don't want to vote for someone because I feel like that's who I'm supposed to vote for just because I'm college age and I'm "supposed" to be liberal. If I make my decision by October 18, I'll vote on campus during early voting, but if not, I'll just wait for November 4. But one thing is for sure: I will vote.

I know there was something else I was going to say, but I don't remember what it was. And now I have to go get ready so I can get to school and see if my history professor has graded our tests yet. I'll see y'all later!

They have early voting in your state? Absolutely you should be voting for whom you agree with most. I wish more people did what you're doing

Laura, are you tracking your diets/workouts with anything? I've been using The Daily Plate over at LiveStrong.com. It has lots of stuff databased which makes it a breeze to keep track of everything without having to enter entries for most of the food yourself.

Might be worth checking out if you aren't using anything yet :)

Hey everyone, thanks for commenting! I turned off moderation, but please play nice! Remember what your mother taught you, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all!
