Get Through
Today's Food:
- Green Monster smoothie (cup of 2% milk, frozen banana, scoop of vanilla MET-Rx protein powder, big handful of spinach)
- About 1/3 cup TJ's ABC trek mix (almonds, blueberries, cranberries, golden raisins)
- Roasted vegetable wrap (multicolored peppers and onions with hummus on a whole wheat olive oil wrap) and 3 packets of Premium Gold crackers from Dion's
- Some (a lot of) Honey Dijon Kettle chips
- 2 Hebrew National beef hot dogs in honey wheat buns with ketchup and mustard
- Fat Tire (12 oz.)
I did decide to go ahead and drop those business classes this summer, so now I'm only taking trigonometry. I think it's going to be a lot less stressful that way, because trying to take a whole class in 4 weeks and then another whole class in another 4 weeks was going to be pretty tough.
And I know this was a boring post, but I have a headache and I'm going to just relax and watch the Bachelorette, and finish up my Bible in 90 Days reading. So I'll check in with y'all tomorrow. If I eat anything else tonight, I'll update the food log, but I doubt it because my headache is making me nauseous.
P.S. I totally feel like I ate too much today, but looking back, I really didn't. Don't know why I'm feeling that way.
