- Some natural white cheddar Cheetos
- Leftover pizza (2 slices original crust Tuscan six cheese with mushroom and 3 slices thin crust pepperoni and onions) from Papa John's
- Other 1/2 frosty from Wendy's
- Some cheddar cheese Chex Mix
Finished Intuitive Eating tonight... time to show myself I actually learned something.

Does the intuitive eating book give suggestions for what you should do (self-talk?, distractions?) when you feel cravings, or is it more about making long-term changes in the way you think about your relationship with food?
I think you're doing a great job, by the way. You seem to have successfully integrated a few really important behaviors into your days (walking with Tina and keeping a food journal). Yay you!
