- Green Monster smoothie (1 cup 2% milk, 1/2 cup water, banana, scoop of MET-Rx vanilla protein powder, big handful spinach)
- About 1/3 cup TJ's Simply Almonds, Cashews & Cranberries trek mix (exactly what it sounds like)
- Bacon cheeseburger with fries, 1 onion ring, and a [very small] fruit cocktail at Rex's Hamburgers
- 1 Baskin Robins Cookies 'n Cream hard candy and a small Oreo McFlurry from McDonald's
- A little bit of natural white cheddar Cheetos (finished the bag, wasn't much left) and some Parmesan & garlic pita chips (finished the bag)
- A Cherry Dr Pepper (12 oz.)
- TJ's Tarte d'Alsace
- Some cheddar cheese Chex Mix (finished the bag)
I'll try to get back on updating as regularly as possible. There's just always so much stuff needing to be done, and no time to do it in. This is why I wish I could be a housewife.

wanna talk about being bad- i've been eating cake like almost every day for the past week. ugh.. my willpower is null and void apparently.
.. i'm curious to try this green monster you speak of.. except i don't drink milk, so i'll have to substitute the milk for soy or almond of hemp or maybe rice milk? but that might make the whole combination odd.. humm :/ what do you think?
Kity - the person I got the recipe from actually uses almond milk, so I think it'd be just fine with a milk alternative! Go for it!
