I heard that earlier this year and I LOVED it. You'll get there! But like you said before, there's no race to get these last 8-10 lbs. off. You've been feeling great about yourself remember? You look great and you're soooo in control! A few (even a few WEEKS worth!) of bad days isn't going to undo the 50+ lb. loss you've had, so there's no need to stress about any slight gaining or overeating. Just get back on track and keep running that marathon ;) Good luck! I know you can do it :)Katiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04772923918932074050noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8738797941438909411.post-5020576224413420502008-08-13T04:08:00.000-06:002008-08-13T04:08:00.000-06:00and just set the BIG LOFTY ones with tinytinys alo...and just set the BIG LOFTY ones with tinytinys along the way---just as you have been!MizFithttp://www.mizfitonline.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8738797941438909411.post-61050513859633936292008-08-12T18:34:00.000-06:002008-08-12T18:34:00.000-06:00Sometimes the race goes not always to the swift bu...Sometimes the race goes not always to the swift but to those who keep running. <BR/>Keep running my dear.Strong Onehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00661259362473228092noreply@blogger.com
